I would have to admit that I have never read the YouTube user agreement. To the best of my knowledge the videos from YouTube that I have shown were not copyrighted works and were posted on the site for obvious public consumption.

How do you reconcile this with the uTube user agreement which states "You agree not to access User Submissions (defined below) or YouTube Content through any technology or means other than the video playback pages of the Website itself, the YouTube Embeddable Player, or other explicitly authorized means YouTube may designate."
also...
"You may access User Submissions for your information and personal use solely as intended through the provided functionality of the YouTube Website. You shall not copy or download any User Submission unless you see a “download” or similar link displayed by YouTube on the YouTube Website for that User Submission.
Our church has wanted to use uTube content in the past, but their user agreement seems to prevent this type of use. I even wrote to uTube requesting permission for the type of use we would require and received no response.

I have tried everything you are saying here. I can see it, but I can't hear it. I can view it on my computer & MediaShout, I just don't have sound. Any suggestions?
